Chemglass AF-0452-03 Series AF-0452 Trap Assembly for Vacuum Manifold, Airfree, Schlenk

Flexible and compact, this 4-port line is constructed using CG-474-02, 4mm double oblique hollow high vacuum greased stopcocks on all four ports. Ports are fitted with two 14/20 inner joints and two 24/40 inner joints and are spaced 5" center to center. This configuration permits use directly with vessels having these joint sizes or the AF-0455 adapters to fit standard flexible hose. All four ends of the manifold have #15 O-ring joints permitting the trap assembly to be attached to either the right or left side of the vacuum bank. Manifold is supplied with two AF-0210-01 #15 stoppers and three AF-0070-05 #15 O-ring joint to serrated hose adapters. Additional adapters can be found in the catalog under AF-0070 through AF-0080, which enables the manifold to be set up using any number of variations. Trap assembly is a rugged 2 piece design with a 0-12mm Chem-Vac Chem-Cap valve as the shut off. Stopper and body connection is made via a 57mm flat O-ring flange and is supplied complete with a CG-139-02 clamp and #331 Viton O-ring. Trap body is 57mm OD x 300mm long. Trap is supplied complete with one AF-0070-03 #15 O-ring joint to 3/4" straight tubing adapter and one AF-0070-20 #15 O-ring joint to 3/4" bent tubing for connection to heavy wall flexible vacuum tubing. Other sizes of the AF-0070 adapters are available to fit different ID vacuum tubing. Overall dimensions are 30" W x 18" H. Supplied complete with five CG-150-05 #28 S.S. pinch clamps, and five CG-305-15 #116 Viton O-rings.
